SUP Lessons

Glide across crystal water on your first day. Small groups, certified guides, and premium boards — everything set up on the beach and ready when you arrive.

About the lesson

Learn to paddle in one calm morning.

Our SUP experience is designed for anyone who's ever watched a paddleboarder glide across the bay and thought, I want to do that. No experience needed — just swimwear and a sense of adventure.

We start on the sand with technique, safety and balance drills, then take to the water for guided time along the coastline. By the end of the session you'll be standing, paddling, and turning with confidence.

Equipment components

Know your gear.

Every part of your kit, explained. Because confidence starts with understanding.

The top surface features a soft EVA foam traction pad for grip. Wide and stable enough for beginners to stand comfortably

A single centre fin adds directional stability and tracking, keeping you gliding in a straight line with each stroke.

Front bungee cords secure your dry bag or water bottle. Side D-rings anchor the leash and towing points.

High-pressure valve accepts a standard SUP pump. Sealed tight during use, quick to deflate for transport.

Slightly angled blade for efficient forward propulsion. Enters cleanly and exits without splash.

Coiled ankle leash keeps your board within reach — your first piece of safety equipment on the water.
